TAIO TULUM HOTEL

Taio Tulum is an exceptional hotel. The property is extremely intimate. We were one of 15-20 guests total, so we received personalized service. The staff is attentive and welcoming, in particular Diego and Diane stood out. They are eager to arrange anything you might need from beach club reservations to transportation. The staff made the experience seamless. Above all, the rooms are incredible. We stayed in the penthouse suite, which offers incomparable views of the jungle and the stars at night with your own personal plunge pool. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone - it made our Tulum experience unforgettable.

Just had the best vacation of my life at Taio Tulum! Very romantic hotel perfect for couples or anyone looking for a quiet escape in the jungle! If you want to experience Tulum as its intended with a dose of luxury and forethought of the vacationers desires .. Taio Tulum is your place! Finally accomplished the often desired but rarely achieved goal of getting my family and friends off their devices! Tour sense will be too busy taking in the many dimensions of the property and the serene feeling of being at one with nature! Home run and the hospitality was similar to luxury brands.

Loved our short trip to Taio Tulum. The location is half way between the city of Tulum and the coastline, both of which are a manageable bike ride away. The decor/pool/ambience is just as cool in person as it appeared in the pictures. What really set Taio apart from other hotels was their staff. So friendly and considerate, but never overbearing. Most of them speak some English if you need that, but are also very patient if you want to work on your Spanish like we did. Would love to go back!
